What is the chorus in GarageBand?
The chorus tool emulates sounds from multiple instruments. It splits a sound signal, changes the pitch effect, and allows you to impose loops over each other.
Can you put markers in garage band?
If you need another chorus, just copy that arrangement. To use the Arrangement track, display it by choosing Track→Show Arrangement Track from the GarageBand menu bar. Click the Add Marker button (the circular button bearing a plus sign) at the right side of the Arrangement track, and you see a new marker appear.

Try Adding a Subtle Chorus Effect. Another way to give the vocal a bit of depth and shimmer is to apply subtle chorusing. Again, you don’t want the effect to be noticeable. Add a stereo chorus to the vocal and increase the wetness until you notice the effect, then back it off a touch.
What do chorus plugins do?
Chorus is best used to wash a sound out and make it more ambient. The effect can be overdone for some highly characteristic sounds, but doing so can cause them to lose presence in the mix.
